Blueberry-Banana Bowl with Oatmeal

Even if I don’t stick to classical meals, the first meal usually consists mainly of fruits. I love the combination of bananas and blueberries. Since I don’t want to eat too many dairy products, I usually use coconut yoghurt instead of normal yoghurt. There are also a number of other vegetable yoghurts but most of them contain additives that I don’t like. Coconut yoghurt can also be made quite well by yourself. The oatmeal is very satisfying and gives energy for the day.

Blueberry-Banana Bowl with Oatmeal
  • 1 half banana
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 150 g coconut yoghurt or normal yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp oats


1. If you don't like to make a bowl, you can also put the ingredients in a glass and take it with you.
